What it Costs...
We offer a highly professional service with reasonable fees and can agree flexible payment terms. We set out below our fees for conducting Immigration applications and procedures undertaken by our Immigration team. You should expect our fees to be in line with the information below, but there can be specific circumstances relating to individual cases which mean that it is necessary to agree different rates with you. Should this arise in your case, we will always discuss this in detail with you in advance.
The following rates only show our fees for conducting the work on your case. They do not include application fees, Tribunal or Court fees, or Immigration Health Surcharges. The figures are exclusive of VAT – although VAT is not applicable to you if the UK is not your normal country of residence or if you have no status in the UK.
At the start of your case we will provide you with a fixed fee if your case falls within one of the standard category types below. This will give you the comfort of knowing there will be no unexpected costs. We will also agree with you the cost of any additional application or other fees chargeable by third parties such as application fees, court fees, or tribunal charges.
Fixed Fees (excluding VAT):
- UK Work Visas
- £2000+VAT (£2400 including VAT)
Additional Fees – Disbursement for home office application fee for 3 or 5 year visas is between £464 and £1440 dependant on whether a shortage/non shortage occupation and if applying inside or outside country. Also the applicant will need to pay NHS surchages of between £624 and £1000 for each year of the visa.

Additional Fees – Disbursements for Home Office Fees of £1033 – £3250 dependant on circumstances and if applying from within or outside UK.
- EU Law Applications
- £800+VAT (£960 including VAT)
- Long Residence Applications
- £800+VAT (£960 including VAT)
Additional Fees – Home office fees/disbursements are: Indefinite leave to remain: £2389 Extend your stay: £1033
- UK Student Visas
- £1000+VAT (£1200 including VAT)
Additional Fees – Home office fees £348 – £475
- British Citizenship
- £500+VAT (£600 including VAT)
Additional Fees – Home Office fees £1330 plus £19.20 biometric fees.
- UK Visitor Visa
- £800+VAT (£960 including VAT)
Additional Fee – Home Office fees £95.
- Passport & Travel Document Applications
- £400+VAT (£480 including VAT)
Additional Fees – Home Office fees £49 – £85.50.
- Immigration Appeals & Admin Review
- £1800+VAT (£2160 including VAT)
- Judicial Reviews (JRs) In The Upper Tribunal
- £2800+VAT (£3360 including VAT)
- Partner/ Solicitor £165+VAT (£198 including VAT) per hour.
